Will Joseph loves seeing people accomplish their personal missions, and does his part to help by training and supporting entrepreneurs. He started in the corporate world creating employee training programs and operational systems for McAlister’s Deli and Burger King. He later moved to the nonprofit realm supporting hundreds of cause driven startups in Asia and around the world. In 2012, he co-founded his first business, Wee Care Diaper Service. Since then he has co-founded The Meeting House, The Chattanooga Fellows Program, Red Bank Chapel, and Mission Studio.
Will joined CO.STARTERS in 2014 and enjoys working to support startup communities around the world. Will lives with his wife and two boys in Chattanooga, TN.
Molly joins the team after studying Sociology at Union University and the theology of work in the Chattanooga Fellows Program. A student of communities and culture, Molly most recently worked as a research coordinator for an inner city non profit.
Molly currently lives just outside of Raleigh, NC.
As an entrepreneur with a background in organizational development, Stu has a passion to see new organizations grow and thrive. He spent seven years in Kenya where he started two organizational training and consulting companies that empowered businesses and non-profits to develop their leaders and teams. He also spent three years in the US helping grow and eventually sell a family owned business.
Stu holds a B.S. in Sociology from Berry College and an MBA with a focus on Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behavior from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Besides starting companies, he loves being outdoors, traveling to new places, and eating all types of exotic foods with his wife and fellow entrepreneur, Lauren, and their two boys, Graham and Haddon.
